If you wish to communicate with our Board of Directors, you may do so by sending an e-mail to directors@harvestnr.com. Letters should be addressed to "Directors of Harvest Natural Resources" at Harvest’s business address. You may also send any complaints to the Board regarding Harvest’s accounting, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters. To the extent possible, all communications to the Board, including complaints, will be handled on a confidential basis.
