In only a relatively short period of time, we have grown oil production and reserves in our projects in the Uintah Basin of Utah. We drilled our first exploration well, the Bar F, in 2009 in the core of our 47,000 net acres position in Utah. The Bar F is located approximately six to eight miles from the established Altamont-Bluebell producing field complex. Based on the discovery of commercially productive oil in the Bar F well, we initiated appraisal drilling in the Lower Green River/Upper Wasatch oil play, drilling seven productive oil wells.  In the southern portion of our Antelope acreage position we partnered with Newfield and participated in the drilling of 14 productive oil wells in this extension of the Monument Butte oil field.

Our success in finding and developing oil assets in Utah did not go unnoticed. In May 2011, we sold all of our Utah properties to Newfield Exploration Company for $215 million.
