Harvest’s West Bay prospect is located in Brazoria and Galveston Counties, Texas and is part of an Area of Mutual Interest (AMI) agreement we have with a private third party covering an area in the upper Gulf Coast Region of the United States. The West Bay prospect is an undrilled salt feature with stacked pay potential in Miocene, Frio and Vicksburg formations. Harvest has approximately 13,000 gross acres (7,150 net acres) under lease.
We operate the West Bay project and have a 55 percent working interest.
